Conceptualize, then sell your project!

The goal of this step is to lay out your project through multiple prisms.

This is the first opportunity for you to demonstrate your ability to disrupt a financial services profession in order to innovate for the bank of tomorrow.

Business Case : This consists of a much more detailed presentation of your project.

To create your Business Case, you will find on this site a template with the different parts expected by the jury. The latter aims to guide you and help you in creating your Business Case. Some parts are empty to allow you to fill them in and develop your ideas. Do not forget any aspect of your project: operation, comparative advantages, examples, technical and regulatory aspects, etc. The jury will evaluate the outcome and coherence of the project. Remember that you will not have an oral presentation to make at the end of the first stage. The jury will therefore only have your written support to judge you!
